Yoga Instructor & Movement Specialist
My journey with yoga began in 2003, during a pivotal year for my hockey team. In previous seasons, we’d faced a series of injuries that held us back, but this year, yoga became part of our training regimen, and it made all the difference. That season, with everyone healthy, we went on to win the state championship. I experienced firsthand the power of mindful movement.
In 2012, I took my first yoga teacher training, and since then, I’ve continued to deepen my practice with multiple trainings across Prana Flow, Prana Danda Yoga, the Hot Series, modern Vinyasa, Yin yoga, and Pilates. I bring this diverse experience to my classes, combining dynamic flows with grounding stillness, guiding students to connect with their breath and cultivate inner awareness. Each session is an invitation to explore strength, calm, and alignment. Whether through energizing sequences or restorative practices, I create a space where everyone can feel empowered and nurtured on their wellness journey.
