Thai Yoga Bodywork
Thai Yoga Bodywork is a fully clothed, therapeutic practice that blends assisted stretching, acupressure, and rhythmic compression. Often called "lazy person’s yoga," it incorporates elements of yoga adjustments, with the practitioner guiding the client's body through gentle postures. Using hands, feet, elbows, and knees, the practitioner creates a flowing sequence of movements that promote flexibility, relaxation, and energy flow. This meditative, hands-on approach helps release deep-seated tension, enhances mobility, and fosters a balanced connection between body and mind.
